Performance in class X public examinations conducted by Board of Secondary Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh

Extraordinary performance has been took place in class X public examinations. Out of 48 students in class X, 48 passed and secured good grade points. The outstanding performance by Miss.Swathi, Miss. Prathyusha and Mr.Janardhana is much appreciable as they secured 10 grade points out of 10.

All 48 students who passed in class X have got admission in various good colleges and institutions. Two students were selected for meritorious scholarship from Rural Development Trust (RDT) and they got an opportunity to study up to post-graduation with 100% financial support. Other students were selected for APRJC (Residential Junior Colleges run by Government), IIIT (Prestigious Technical Institute by Government) and other good institutions to study Intermediate course and Diploma in Technical Education.

Awards

Miss. Mounika, Miss. Prathyusha, Mr. Janardhana have shown outstanding performance in class X examination and so they were honoured with ‘Prathiba Award’ by Government of Andhra Pradesh. They received the award from the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh in a felicitation function for meritorious students.

“We belong to marginalized families and our parents are labourers. We don’t have resources to study in good private schools. Our parents got us admitted in DBTS. We received quality education since class 1. The teaching staffs have put all their efforts to provide us good education. If we have not joined in DBTS School, we might not have received such a meritorious award. We are very grateful to the teachers and management of DBTS”. -Mounika, Prathyusha, Janardhana
